Welcome to our business

We are are a New Zealand company with a goal of providing T-Slot Aluminium Industrial Construction Extrusions (as pioneered by Bosch Rexroth & 80/20) & Mechatronics components to the New Zealand markets at reasonable prices

Our long term goal as we build up this business is to become the preferred supplier for all New Zealand customers purchasing supplies for industrial aluminium profile constructions, DIY 3D Printers, DIY CNC & other XYZ/Delta platform machines.  Basically if you see it on OpenBuilds or similar, we want to be able to provide the parts to build it.


  • We are GST registered & compliant.  All prices in the online store exclude GST.  GST is shown on the checkout screen
  • A Tax Invoice ships with every order, if you require an electronic copy to facilitate payment of your order, let us know preferably via the order note field available on the checkout screen, or via an email

Returns / Order cancellation

  • All sales are final.  It is up to you to determine if the products you order are fit for the application you intend them for.  However:
    • If we provide an incorrect (quantity or wrong product shipped) or faulty product so long as you contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it,  we will do whatever we can reasonably do to put it right.   We do make mistakes on occasion and prefer to remedy them as soon as possible
    • If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. So long as we haven’t commenced physically preparing your order you can cancel with no issue
    • We reserve the right to cancel your order if for any reason if we feel we cannot fulfil it to our satisfaction
    • If for any reason we cancel and refund part or all of an order paid for by Credit/Debit card, the payment fees are not returned to us so unfortunately your refund will be less the payment fees


  • Select either online banking transfer or Paypal at checkout
    • Bank transfer:
      • our bank account details will appear on the final checkout page and in your confirmation email
      • your order no will appear on the final checkout page and in your confirmation email
      • populate your order number as the first reference in your online deposit
      • We are with Kiwibank, if you are Kiwibank we receive your payment immediately, for payments from other banks worse case is usually by 10:30am the following business day
    • Credit / Debit card = Paypal:
      • You do not need to be registered to Paypal
      • You will be transferred to Paypal to complete the transaction
      • You will enter and confirm your payment details on Paypal’s own website
      • Your credit/debit card details are managed by Paypal and I am grateful that they do not share them with us
      • Note: Credit/debit card processing fees are added to your order when you select this option.  We endeavor to pass on only the actual cost to you.  If you are unhappy with this in any way, select the Bank transfer option.  It is free to you
      • If for any reason we agree to cancel or refund part or all of an order paid for by Credit/Debit card, the payment fees are not returned to us so unfortunately your refund will be less the payment fees


  • The majority of our orders (physically smaller orders) ship via Courier Post & the rest by Post Haste (We may also deliver some local orders ourselves as it is quicker/more reliable)
  • Unless we are closed as notified on this site, we usually ship every business day.  If your order is paid before 10:30am we will endeavor to ship it that day and for at least 99% of orders we achieve and often better this.  However if there is custom machining required (cut to length extrusion or shafts, tapping, milling etc) please allow a possible extra days delay
  • All orders sent by courier are Signature required on delivery.  If you do not require a signature then please say so in the ‘Note’ available on the checkout page
  • After your order is physically with the courier we will send you an email with the tracking details, usually late on the day of despatch
  • During checkout please correctly select your shipping option to avoid delay with your order:
    • North Island Not Rural (2 days)
    • North Island Rural (2 days+)
    • South Island Not Rural (2-3 days)
    • South Island Rural (3 days+)
  • The number of days indicated in the above shipping methods is our courier service’s expected number of days between your order being handed over to the courier and your receiving it.  It is not a guarantee.  For South Island / Rural customers the actual days may vary depending on your location and the size of your order (we ship South Island large orders on a slower ticket as it significantly reduces the cost to you)

We DO NOT ship to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island or the Chatham Islands without prior arrangement.  Please email us if this applies to you prior to placing your order.  Please have in mind the products & quantity you wish to order first

Product stock levels are actual stock in Wellington NZ

  • If a product shows as in stock, then unless we have an error in our inventory system (very infrequent but it did happen that one time, twice, 3 times now) or I have misplaced the product because no one has ever bought it before (yes that happened one time twice 3 times now as well) then that is the minimum we currently hold in Wellington.  We do not drop ship (i.e. take your order and then ship it from overseas)
  • For some more complex products (typically prebuilt circuit boards, fans etc) even if it shows out of stock, we may have  1 or 2 available as we often commit less into the online store in case of faulty product issues, feel free to contact us via email if your need is urgent

Pricing changes

  • Prices shown exclude GST
  • Prices are subject to change at any time, the price you see on a a given day is not guaranteed to be the same the next day.  Check your cart before finally placing your order
  • We don’t do specials (other than one-off / clearance or used products), we strive to give our best price as our regular price

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information such as:

  • your name, email address/s, shipping address, and the details of the products that you are ordering
  • you may also choose to provide me with additional personal information if you contact me directly
  • when you choose to pay via Paypal they do notify us of your payment status but they do not share your Credit/Debit card details
  • when you choose to pay via direct bank deposit your payments originating bank account number & account name is visible to us

    • as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support
    • if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and as necessary for the purpose of my legitimate interests such as providing and improving my services, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests

Information Sharing and Disclosure

  • Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
    • Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services
    • Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law

  • I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in this Privacy Policy. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 7 years
