- Orders paid between now and Tuesday morning will ship Tuesday (as Wellington couriers are closed Monday)
By placing an order you agree that:
- All sales are final. Once your order has commenced preparation it is non-cancellable /non-alterable
- As per before Covid19 we will prepare your order as quickly as we can. However there may be now be days where the courier just doesn’t arrive to pick up orders. If this happens to your order, instead of the usual late afternoon ‘Your order has shipped’ email I will send you an ‘Your order is awaiting pickup’ email
- There may be significant delays and other issues in the delivery of orders to you by the couriers. If this happens to your order, it is up to you to engage with the courier service to chase it along. If at some point they say it is lost let me know the case number and I will manage it from there
